Base Location Fees
- Half-Day (up to 6 hours): $3,500 – $6,500
- Full-Day (up to 12 hours): $7,500 – $15,000
- Multi-Day Productions: Custom pricing available
Property Buyout (Exclusive Use)
- Starting at $15,000+ per day, depending on scope and areas used
Equestrian Add-Ons
- Horse Rental (per horse): $500 – $1,500/day
- Professional Rider/Handler: $350 – $1,000/day
- Wrangling & Safety Team: Custom based on production scale
Residential & Specialty Areas
- Private Home Access: $2,500 – $7,500/day
