Summer Camp Dates & Info
We are so excited for our 2026 Camps!
This 5-day program includes the development of horsemanship skills including safety, groundwork, riding and stewardship. This year we will be working to develop a sense of advocacy and community as well as working on riding skills and learning to better understand horses.
Through their time with the horses, kids will also develop a sense of responsibility, empowerment, stewardship, perseverance, and trust. These values will be reinforced with daily activities.
Limit of 6 campers per instructor and all campers must be 5 years or older.
Program days Monday- Friday from 8:30 am-12:30 pm
Cost Per Session: $500. Camp is held rain or shine.
***Drop in days are available for $125. Please coordinate directly with Alicia on availability***
Camp registration is pre-paid in full. Should camps be cancelled for any reason by VBEC, full refunds will be provided. If you need to cancel your spot please do so by May 1st. If after May 1st you will receive a 50% refund, unless the camp spot gets filled by another camper. Please note that we require a minimum of 5 participants per week to host a riding program and we cap out at 15 riders. Extended day is available at $20 an hour.
