Job Description: English Riding Facility Barn Groom / Stable Hand

- Provide excellent care and support to horses and riders in our esteemed riding facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized barn environment to ensure the comfort and well-being of our equine athletes.
- Perform daily tasks such as feeding, first aid and medicine, as well as grooming and tacking up horses for lessons and training sessions.
- Execute stall cleaning, turnout, and other general barn duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.
- Demonstrate exceptional horse handling skills. Including working alongside equine professionals such as veterinarians and farriers.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all riders and horses.
- Prioritize the safety and welfare of both horses and humans, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced equestrian environment.
- Previous experience in an English riding facility or with horses is preferred but not required; we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
